Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Aberg & Co., each artwork is produced individually and made to order following purchase. For this reason, different conditions apply than for standard retail goods.

Made-to-Order Works

All works are created specifically for each order. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for withdrawal or return.

In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Grace Period

Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. After this time, the order enters production and cancellation is no longer possible.

Original Artworks

All original, one-of-a-kind artworks are final sale.

Damage or Quality Issues

Each work is carefully reviewed prior to dispatch. Should an artwork arrive damaged or present a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic documentation of the artwork and its packaging.

Where a confirmed issue exists, Aberg & Co. will, at its discretion:

  • arrange a replacement where possible,

  • issue a full refund, or

  • offer an appropriate partial refund.

Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance resulting from material characteristics, production techniques or lighting conditions do not constitute defects.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of confirmed damage or defect and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Care & Consideration

Our works are intended to be lasting objects of aesthetic presence. We encourage clients to review descriptions and imagery carefully prior to purchase, and we remain available to assist with any questions before an order is placed.
