SHIPPING

At Aberg & Co., each work is produced individually and prepared with care following purchase. As such, shipping timelines and conditions differ from standard retail goods.

Production & Dispatch

All works are made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is confirmed and requires a dedicated preparation period prior to shipment.

Once production is complete, artworks are dispatched securely, either directly from our studio or from one of our specialized production partners.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the nature of the work, destination and carrier conditions. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We appreciate your understanding that made-to-order works require time to produce and prepare with appropriate care.

International Shipping

Aberg & Co. ships internationally.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and handling requirements of the artwork.

Risk & Delivery

All works are carefully packaged for transport. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery.

Should an artwork arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photographic documentation of the artwork and packaging, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept customs charges, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
