These terms are intended to protect both the integrity of the artworks and the experience of those who acquire them.
1. General
Aberg & Co. operates this website for the presentation and sale of artworks and related works. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients and purchasers of our works.
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Nature of the Works
All works presented by Aberg & Co. are artistic creations. Unless otherwise stated, works are produced individually and made to order following purchase.
Due to the nature of artistic production, slight variations in colour, texture, scale and appearance may occur and are considered part of the character of the work.
3. Orders & Production
Orders are accepted upon successful payment. Once confirmed, production of made-to-order works begins shortly thereafter.
Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled.
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and are final sale.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
Aberg & Co. reserves the right to update pricing, availability and descriptions without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any work.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on production processes, destination and carrier conditions.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery. In the event of damage during transit, clients must notify Aberg & Co. within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to artworks, images, text, logos and branding, is the exclusive property of Aberg & Co. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aberg & Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any work.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union consumer law and, where relevant, national legislation.
